人无我，法无我

The essence of a human being

contains no ego-self.

The Essential Truths of the

Universe also contain no ego-self...

1.

人会自以为有“我”，

不知道这只是存在的假象。

Many people perceive "I"

to be an independententity, without

knowing that it is a falseillusion of

synchronous manifestations.

2.

因为这个我是随时空不同

而变化不停的，

并没有一个永恒不变的

实质的我存在。

Because this "I" is constantly

changing with variations of space

and time, there is no "I" entity

that endures througheternity.

3.

由出生到死亡，

每一分钟每一秒的我，

条件都不一样。

我们由刚出生没有什么行为能力，

到长大后弛咤风云、乃至老死之前

又回复到没有行为能力，

都是随着自己的能力、

条件而变迁的。

From birth to death,different

conditions are associated with the

"I" of eachparticular moment.

There is the time of the newborn

who is not really capable of

independent activities,the time of

the adult who moves and shakes

the world, and the later years in life

when independent action sare again

not possible. Throughout this life

cycle, everyone according to the

capabilities and conditions if a

particular stage in the cycle.

而我们的身心感受

也是因时空条件，

生出快乐、悲伤、愤怒、恐惧等

诸多不同的情绪，

随着时空的不同起伏不定。

Our physical and mental

sensations also vary according

to time and space. Variouse motions

such as happiness,sadness, anger

and fear, all fluctuate with

variations of time and space.

（总言之）

佛陀印证出最重要的

第二个真理便是“诸法无我”。

没有一个永恒不变的客观宇宙，

也没有一个永恒不变、

可以流转三世的我存在。

一切都在变化之中......

One of the major Truths

personally verified by the Buddha

is that "Essential Universal Truths

contain no ego-self".

There is no objective universe

that is enduring and everlasting.

There is also no ego-self that is

enduring and everlasting and

subject to reincarnation 

over and over

again. Everything is in the

process of changing...
